Yes, Battersea for is up for Sale …. in New York City, no less. And probably elsewhere too.

Perhaps the name alone reminds our noble American friends of their own Battery Park – not to mention nearby Chelsea … surely this will help them feel at home here …

So don’t be surprised when good old Battersea Park Road is re-named …. wait for it …… New York Road.
